In over 40 years of experience, Mr. Raju Shete has been instrumental in shaping industries, including founding India’s first organized companies in the Food Service, Food Vouchers, Food Supply Chain Markets, and Integrated Facility Management.

Mr. Shete served as the Founder and Chairman of RKHS (now Sodexo, India), Founder and Director of Accor Services India (now Eden Red, India) and Founder and Director of Consolidated Services (now part of the Compass Group). His past associations also include that with SATS, Asia’s leading provider of Gateway Services & Food Solutions listed on the Singapore Exchange.

In these roles, Mr. Shete has built large-scale services companies with a workforce of 30,000+ and thousands of service unit locations in over 27 countries. As the President of The Planet Group, Mr. Shete has current collaborations with global industry and sector leaders such as BW Offshore (Norway).

A passionate leader with global exposure and strategic vision, Ashish owns a multidimensional career of 25 years in the industries like HR Services, Manufacturing and IT. He has been known for his proficiency in delivering substantial gains in shareholder value through his innovative and forward- thinking approach. With his unwavering attitude towards perfection, he believes that sustainability is vital for the unprecedented growth of the business. A resolute leader and a reformist, Ashish is known to ignite cultural transformation under his guidance for sustainable outcomes.

Prior to taking up the leadership role at Weavings, Ashish had been instrumental in laying the foundation of multinational company Sodexo in India. He led the organisation as the MD & CEO and under his able leadership & vision, the organisation scaled new heights of success and achieved various milestones.

Ashish comes with an entrepreneurial approach, thereby leading the organisation through healthy business development, technological innovation, customer focus and deep understanding of market dynamics. When not at work, Ashish likes to play badminton and socialise with friends. He also loves travelling with his family to explore new destinations.

Pravin holds a rich experience of more than 25 years in the domains like Finance and Accounts, Commercials and Audits. He has been known to perform critical roles wherein he has delivered expected outcomes within stipulated timeframe with utmost diligence and impressive quality. Accuracy with thoroughness has been his trademark for years. With a determination to surpass, he believes that learning is never-ending and only viable tool that leads to success. A champion by heart and a conqueror by actions, Pravin is single-minded to achieve planned outcomes.

Within the group companies, Pravin has extensively worked in the multiple business segments like Offshore Catering, Facility Management, Shared Service Business and Manpower Supply. He has been the architect of many transformational projects within the Planet Group.

Playing badminton and listening to old Hindi songs are some of his hobbies.

An experienced and dynamic staffing professional, Amit Handa has been engaged in strategic workforce management for 15 years. Having delivered great value through Managed Service Models and Outcome-based Business Models while working across organisations in different industries, he has acquired straightforward expertise in people management. A visionary head, Amit inspires his peers to grow and excel in a nurturing environment.

Amit has been a successful leader in the areas of Business Development, HR BPO Operations, Client Account Management, Account Mining, Relationship Management, Customer Service, Associate Engagement, Recruitment, Operations and Training & Development on a PAN India level.

Amit is a fitness freak who loves to play cricket. He also enjoys reading in his leisure time.

A multi talented connoisseur, Rajendra has hands-on experience of more than 25 years across various functions, segments and roles in the domains of operations, finance, generalist HR, business excellence and audits. He has successfully driven large scale business transaction across the length and breadth of the country by managing several performing teams, virtual groups and complex administrative processes. He is a start-up specialist with vital tools in his arsenal like strategic planning, financial disciplining, long term funding, profit centres channelling and change management capabilities. A relationship-oriented individual, Rajendra is keen on connecting and collaborating with the most valuable resource in the company, people.

Within Weavings, Rajendra has successfully managed Staffing Services for cold chain operations in the food supply chain for well-known clients like McDonalds, PepsiCo, Subway and many more.

Being a Supply Chain Specialist, he has managed plant/warehouse operations for corporates like AIS(Asahi) Glass Solutions Ltd, Red bull and Future Group (Food Bazaar) in past.

Raj likes to spend his free time with family and friends. He enjoys watching comedy shows and also loves to go for long drives to the places bestowed with nature.

Nayan is a competent IT professional with an immense experience of 21 years as IT Head, Technical Project Manager, Test Manager, Production Support Lead and Software Developer with reputed brands. He is a pulsating personality with a powerful aura to inspire people. He is a corporate strategy and development specialist with a proven international track record of successfully strategising and completing highly complex enterprise-wide IT projects. A creative thinker, Nayan drives performance with his art of leveraging the human capital in the most accepted way.

Nayan is a project management expert with a will power to create a visible impact through operational and functional excellence. He is competent in driving process improvements and test automation, resulting in adequate effort savings. Nayan is fond of travelling to the places that are close to nature with his family and friends. During his leisure time, he enjoys reading about latest IT trends and self-improvement books.
